Processes

Stock Removal Method
 
Stock removal involves using cutting wheels, belt saws, belt sanders, and abrasives to strip material away from a piece of steel. 

Hammer Forged Method

​

The most common practice is to heat metal under fire until it is hot enough to be hammered into the desired shape on an anvil by hand and hammer.

​

Handles & Sheaths

 

All handles are handmade using either synthetic or organic materials. Sheaths are constructed of Kydex or leather.  All sheaths are made one at a time for a custom fit for each blade.
